Memehir Girma Wondimu Arrested in Ethiopia

(AddisNews): According to Fanabc the Ethiopian government affiliated news site report Memihir Girma Wondimu has been arrested by Ethiopian Police in Addis Ababa.

Memihir Girma an Ethiopian orthodox priest who served in many churches teaching and baptizing followers is well known for his famous and controversial miracle healing events in the country and abroad.


In recent reports the Ethiopian Orthodox church synod deny the permission of Memihir Girma’s healing and baptizing services under the orthodox church.


At this moment there is no official reason from the police for his arrest but fanabc says sources told the site Memihir Girma arrested in related with his Healing service.
